TERMS & CONDITIONS

The fine print:

* The initial top-up amount will be loaded onto your account and all purchases made will be credited until funds are depleted.

* Discounts will be applied at point of sale while there are still sufficient funds on the account.

* Top-up any time to maintain your status and step up to the next level by topping up the next level’s initial top-up amount.

* Discounts are only applicable to regular priced treatments or products and may not be used in conjunction with other discounted offers, packages or promotions.

* 1 Free signature treatment in your birthday week.

* Membership is not transferable but may be used by others provided permission given by the main member.

* The membership balance cannot be exchanged for cash nor will cash be given as change.

* The membership balance must be used within 12 months upon activation.

 

Cancellations Policy:

* As most of our treatments require time to prepare, please give 24-hour notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule.

* 50% deposit is required to secure package, weekend or group bookings. Full payment is required on discounted offers. Appointments not paid for 48 hours prior will be cancelled automatically.

* Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show will forfeit the deposit.

* Please note to arrive 15min earlier to your booking time to ensure full treatment duration. Late arrivals will impact the treatment duration, however we will try our best to ensure the quality of the treatment is not compromised.
